For a cylindrical waveguide filled with hot, collisional and homogeneous plasma, the dispersion relation is derived and discussed for particular cases of interest. It is observed that the collision frequency ( v ) and thermal velocity ( v 0 ) have a significant effect in damping of low frequencies waves at the wall of the wageguide.
