A perturbation theory is used in a moving frame for the calculation of the stationary solutions of the Vlasov equation with external electrical fields und BGK collision terms. The first order Fourier components of the internal potential Φ ml ntlexp ( imkx — il ω t ) are calculated ( m ≠ 0, all l ) for external periodically space‐ and time‐ dependent fields. In a special case they are compared with the results of Moriyama and Sumi.
