Energy distribution functions of electrons, ions and neutrals in the one‐dimensional cathode fall region of anomal glow discharges in Hydrogen are derived by numerical integration of simplified Boltzmann equations for two values of the dark space voltage (5 kV and 0,45 kV). Molecular and atomic ions and neutrals are treated separately. Charge exchange, ionization, excitation and dissoziation are taken into account. The first part of this investigation is still published [1].
