The purpose of the establishment of multidisciplinary therapy (MDT) strategy of precision medicine is to provide professional gene interpretation and consultation, combined with the expertise of clinicians, to develop personalized treatment strategies for patients. In this article, we report four typical cases to demonstrate the process and working mode of MDT strategy of precision medicine, and what it could bring to clinicians or patients is also discussed.
