A second‐order minimum‐phase RC‐active filter with complex transmission zeros is presented. It employs one operational amplifier and is based on a well‐known Sallen and Key resonator. By including an additional difference amplifier a second‐order all‐pass circuit is derived. Both networks have free network parameters which can be used for minimizing the sensitivities of the Q ‐factors of the poles and zeros.
