Summary The power module of failure modes and effects were analyzed from process, combined with the condition of field station power available, maintenance, and repair on TMB power and personal handy‐phone system, in the context of network base station power module parts machining requirements. The key factors affecting the quality of power were identified. And the improvement measures and principles to improve the power of the batch quality and reduce the damage rate were proposed. Finally, the ability of the reliability of power was improved.
