Abstract Invited for this month′s cover is the group of Longlong Ma at the Guangzhou Institute of Energy Conversion, CAS. The Front Cover shows the conversion of renewable biomass into cellulosic ethanol in water over Ni@C catalyst under mild conditions. In this work, a new one‐pot method is developed for production of ethanol from renewable and sustainable cellulose. With the aid of Ni@C catalyst and H 3 PO 4 , cellulose is directly converted into ethanol with high yield of 69.1 %, and an ethanol concentration up to 89 g L −1 . The Full Paper itself is available at 10.1002/cssc.201901110.
