The Cover Feature shows an effective process for the production of hydrogen from sugar using a self‐assembling three‐enzyme metabolon composed of glucose 6‐phosphate, diaphorase, and soluble [NiFe] dehydrogenase I. The three‐enzyme metabolon exhibits an effective coenzyme transportation and high hydrogen production rate. Further glutaraldehyde cross‐linking preserves the structural basis of the metabolon under the occurrence of self‐degradation of the miniscaffoldin protein at elevated temperature, finally resulting in the metabolon being still operational at 70 °C. More information can be found in the Full Paper by Chen et al. on page 3120 in Issue 18, 2018 (DOI: 10.1002/cssc.201801141).
