The Inside Back Cover picture shows a promising high‐temperature alkaline direct formate fuel cell operated in the absence of added hydroxide. The feasibility of the hydroxide self‐feeding high‐temperature alkaline direct formate fuel cell is mainly attributed to the hydrolysis of formate that provides enough OH − ions for the formate oxidation reaction.
