The Cover picture shows the different research areas for sustainability: solar energy, energy generation and storage, catalysis for green synthesis, and biomass valorization. Over the last ten years, ChemSusChem has experienced exceptional growth, making it an exciting journal on the cutting edge of sustainability research. This success would not have been possible without the continuing support from our Editorial Board. To especially highlight the importance of these scientists for the topical development of ChemSusChem, we start our tenth volume by publishing an issue that only contains contributions from former and current members of the Editorial Board. In addition, the Chairmen of ChemSusChem, Prof. Gabriele Centi, Prof. Matthias Beller, and Prof. Licheng Sun, provide an insightful discussion on the future of sustainability research and the direction it should take. Their essay can be accessed here: Chemistry Future: Priorities and Opportunities from the Sustainability Perspective 10.1002/cssc.201739 on page 6 in Issue 1, 2017 .
