Following a devastating four‐year conflict between Christian and Muslim communities in Maluku, Indonesia, the Interfaith Peacebuilding Institute for Maluku Tengah brought together forty erstwhile enemies—religious leaders from the Province of Central Maluku—to begin a dialogue about community restoration. In a remarkable five‐day session, the participants created a common vision for reconciliation and community restoration on the basis of shared religious values, strength through difference, tradition, and dialogue.
