Five salts of KNO 3 . x NH 4 NO 3 with different x values have been synthesized and their structures have been solved and refined. X values obtained from refined fractional occupation number of K atom are in accord with x obtained from chemical analysis. The linear dependence of volume cell on obtained x has been given.
