An attempt to improve the stability of NaClKCl mixed system was made by adding KBr to it. Crystals were grown by the slow evaporation method and characterized by X‐ray diffraction measurements. A large improvement in stability was observed with crystals grown from (NaCl) x (KCl) 0.9− x (KBr) 0.1 than from Na x K 1− x Cl solutions.
