The d‐d transition spectra of Cu(TTA) 2 and Cu 2 (sacch) 4 (Im) 4 complexes crystals have been determined. Using the crystal structure data, their d‐d transition energy levels are calculated by the program which we used for the calculation of field theory. The calculated values are in good accordance with the experimental results. Compared to the copper(II) complexes in various coordination environments, their d‐d transition spectra have an evident difference.
