Helium clustering and bubble growth have been studied in Ni and Ni‐1 at % Ti through positron lifetime measurements. Helium pressure in the bubble as well as bubble concentration have been estimated and compared for the cases of Ni and Ni‐1 at % Ti. The results seem to indicate enhanced helium trapping due to substitutional Ti impurity in the host Ni.
