The X‐ray diffraction intensities of Bragg reflections have been measured for KRS‐5 (TIBr 0.16 I 0.54 ) at room temperature. From the observed intensities the mean Debye‐Waller factor and the X‐ray Debye temperature have been evaluated. The values of the Debye‐Waller factor, mean square amplitude of vibration and the Debye temperature are 2.73 ± 0.06 Å 2 , 0.104 ± 0.002 Å 2 and 90 ± 1 K, respectively.
