The Tungsten oxides WO 3 , W 20 O 59 , W 18 O 49 and WO 2 have been transported by TeCl 4 in monocrystalline Form. W 3 O is not a equilibrium phase of the system, and therefore it is impossible to obtain this phase by CTR. The value of the lower phase boundary of tungsten trioxide is 2.96.
