The crystal structure of p‐toluquinone‐monoguanylhydrazone is orthorhombic, space group Pna2 1 with 4 formula units C 8 H 10 N 4 O in the unit cell. The lattice constants are a = 7.589, b = 20.117, and c = 5.699 Å. The structure was refined to the conventional R = 0.05. The configuration and conformation of the molecule as well as the unusual hydrogen bridge system are discussed.
