EPR investigations of Mn 2+ ‐doped solid solutions of TSCC and TSCB were performed between 130 K and 300 K. The axial fine structure parameter D vs bromine concentration x is nonlinear. The relation between the axial fine structure parameter and bromine concentration is discussed by means of a simple statistical model.
