Molybdenum oxide thin films show considerable changes in their physical and chemical properties after UV exposure. In article number 1900122, Aly M. Badr and co‐workers use a modified spray pyrolysis technique for preparing α‐MoO 3 thin films. The thickness effect on the structural, morphological, optical, electrical, and photo‐electrical properties of the films is studied. The UV exposure time effect as well as the thickness effect on the photochromic response of the samples are investigated and discussed based on the particle size analysis. Additionally, the photosensitivity is elucidated, and the mechanism of the recombination processes in these films is determined.
