The front cover shows an optical microscope picture of magnesium hydride (MgH 2 ) whisker, which is a one‐dimensional β‐MgH 2 with single crystal. This picture presents some MgH 2 whiskers growing out from the MgH 2 substrate by the stress inducible recrystallization orientated growth mechanism. Some teardrop‐shaped small particles on the whiskers reflect the existence of liquid phase MgH 2 and the vapor‐liquid‐solid growth mechanism for the MgH 2 whisker. This is reported by Tonghuan Zhang, Shixue Zhou and co‐workers in article number 1800147 .
