Based on the Eikonal theory analytical solutions of the trajectory‐equation were calculated for some special x ‐depending deformation gradients, where x shows in the direction of the diffraction vector. For the discussion deformation gradients are chosen which are similar to those in crystals with varying concentrations of impurity atoms. The calculated trajectories allow to obtain properties of section‐ and traverse‐topographs.
