Many adolescent marijuana users report acute symptoms — paranoia, anxiety, or hallucinations — associated with their use of the drug, researchers from Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School have found. Rates of these symptoms were higher among regular users, those who met criteria for cannabis use disorder (CUD), and those who were also depressed.
