While familial clustering of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) is established, little is known about siblings of people with ASDs in particular. So researchers looked at the risk for psychiatric and neurodevelopmental disorders among full siblings of probands with ASDs.
