Two elementary school children in Kentucky with attention‐deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) who were allegedly restrained for behaviors related to their disability by a school sheriff are the plaintiffs in a federal lawsuit citing a violation of their civil rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
