Abstract The front cover artwork is provided by the research groups of A. S. Ulrich and A.‐N Unterreiner, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Germany). The image illustrates the analyzed diarylethene (DAE)‐based photoswitches incorporated into a cyclic peptide with variable size. The Jablonski diagram shows possible relaxation pathways after photoexcitation with dominant triplet absorption. Concomitantly, the fluorescence intensity increases with smaller ring sizes resulting in less efficient ring closure. Read the full text of the Article at 10.1002/cptc.201900005.
