The Cover Feature illustrates the proton‐coupled electron‐transfer process in the photoexcited heptazine–H 2 O complex. First, an electron from the p shell of water fills the hole in the π orbital of heptazine (black arrow). After the electron transfer, a proton (light gray) is abstracted from the water molecule.
