The Front Cover picture illustrates lipofuscin bisretinoid A2E blue‐light‐induced photooxidation and its protection by the lysosomal protein Saposin B (SapB). Binding of A2E, a common bisretinoid found in granules in patients with age‐related macular degeneration, by SapB protects A2E from both enzymatic degradation and photooxidation by blue light. More information can be found in the Communication by R. P. Doyle and co‐workers on page 256 in Issue 6, 2017 (DOI: 10.1002/cptc.201700039).
