Phenytoin (DPH) disposition was studied in normal subjects before and after treatment with folic acid for 14 days. Our results suggest that folic acid lowers DPH serum levels without significantly modifying its bound fraction and inereases the rate of DPH and meta‐hydroxydiphenylhydantoin excretion in urine.
