The cover feature shows 9,10‐anthrylene‐bridged B‐π‐N donor–acceptor organic fluorophores that exhibit solid‐state emission in the yellow (560 nm) to red (643 nm) regions. The combination of the highly congested molecular structure arising from the anthrylene π‐bridge and the introduction of bulky tert ‐butyl protecting groups result in efficient photoluminescence in the solid state (absolute quantum yields of 18% and 31%).
