The cover feature shows bis(1,2,4)‐oxadiazolyl furoxan, a potential melt‐castable explosive eutectic ingredient. This material is very insensitive to impact, friction, and electrostatic discharge, has a high heat of formation and density, and a calculated detonation pressure 20% higher than that of TNT.
