The Front Cover shows our designed emitter molecule, MA‐TA, possessing charge‐transfer (CT) character in both triplet and singlet states. The dynamic flexibility of molecules allows effective reverse intersystem crossing (RISC) and MA‐TA shows excellent performance in all of the host materials investigated.
