The Front Cover shows structures of the selected crown ethers and cryptand complexes with alkali metals that were found to be superalkalis with record low ionization potentials (IPs). The [K(2.2.2crypt)] complex, the largest structure studied, possesses the lowest IP (1.50 eV) of the entire range of structures considered. More information can be found in the Article by N. V.
