The Cover Feature illustrates the trajectory of the wave packets on the excited state following photoexcitation and coherent intramolecular charge transfer reaction. Amplitude of the wave packet of the ring deformation mode is modified by the reaction rate, whereas the ring breathing mode is orthogonal to the reaction coordinate and therefore impervious to the reaction rate.
