The Front Cover illustrates that the strength of interactions formed by arginine side‐chains can be derived from hydrogen exchange rates. An NMR method, based on 13 C direct detections, is developed to quantify these hydrogen exchange rates in order to characterise functional interactions formed by arginine side‐chains in proteins.
