The in‐crowd: A photocontrolled inclusion and exclusion reaction of azobenzene‐containing polydiacetylene (PDA) vesicles with α‐cyclodextrin (α‐CD) is used as driving force to induce the release and encapsulation of Rhodamine 6G (see picture).
