The cover picture illustrates a method that allows obtaining super‐resolution fluorescence images of DNA by single‐molecule switching of intercalating cyanine dyes. This simple and convenient methodology opens the door to new studies of DNA topology in vitro and in cells with a spatial resolution below the diffraction limit of light, as shown by C. Flors et al. on p. 2201.
