Antiferromagnetic superexchange: Two new 1D ferrimagnetic chains [Gd(pzam) 3 (H 2 O)M(CN) 8 ]⋅H 2 O (M V =Mo 1 , W 2 ) are synthesized and characterized; magnetic susceptibility data indicate antiferromagnetic superexchange between Gd III and M V via the cyanido bridge, and the occurrence of long‐range magnetic ordering between chains at T c ≈0.7 K in 1 (see figure).
