Scientific documents, research instruments, researchers' abilities and co‐operation among researchers are fundamental resources of scientific research. This paper proposes an approach for effectively networking scientific resources by detecting community structures in self‐organized social network, discovering interest in information flow, capturing changes of interests over time and analyzing the relationship between peers.
