Two axially chiral fluorophores derived from anthracene were designed and synthesized, and the chiroptical behaviour were thoroughly investigated including solvent‐dependent emission and circularly polarized luminescence (CPL). Interestingly, unexpected supramolecular self‐assembly of the chiral molecules driven by strong π−π interaction can enable significant hypsochromic shift and fluorescence intensity enhancement. Meanwhile, the luminescence dissymmetry factor of CPL activity exhibited significant enhancement through self‐assembly process. This work provides a novel approach to achieve the supramolecular CPL materials possessing both high luminescence quantum efficiency and high circular polarization.
