MAPbI 3 perovskite film has been prepared by a simple and fast annealing method. The annealing process includes suspending annealing and a contact annealing step. The MAPbI 3 perovskite film exhibits improved crystallization after being annealed at 90 °C. An ITO/PEDOT:PSS/perovskite/PCBM/Bphen/Ag solar cell was also fabricated, and both MAPbI 3 perovskite solar cell electrode deposition and photoelectric performance tests were performed in ambient air, which could help reduce the production cost. The solar cell showed a PCE of 17.12 % and could work stably for a long time. More information can be found in the Full Paper by Jun Dai et al. on page 715 in Issue 6, 2019 (DOI: 10.1002/cnma.201900097).
