The effects of prostate cancer grading nomenclature on disease‐related anxiety and inclinations for initial management are explored. Contemporary issues for prostate cancer management are discussed in the setting of the recent publication that experimentally assesses variations in grading terminology in a randomized online survey of volunteers.
