The article by Lambertini et al in this issue of Cancer presents novel data regarding pregnancy and cancer outcomes after human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)–targeted therapy for patients with early‐stage breast cancer. However, much more remains to be learned regarding these outcomes.
