With more than 2 million prostate cancer survivors in the United States today, there is a demand for high‐quality survivorship care. It is hoped that physician‐led quality improvement collaboratives and the implementation of a written survivorship care plan will answer important questions about the clinical decision‐making process and improve the delivery of high‐quality survivorship care to all men treated for prostate cancer.
