The Front Cover shows the Multivalent Antibody‐Recruiting Glycopolymers (MARGs) prepared by grafting multiple copies of dinitrophenol (DNP, pink) onto hyaluronan acid polymers (HA, cyan) for cancer immunotherapy. The MARGs are able to recognize the CD44 marker on the cancer cell surface and concomitantly recruit endogenous anti‐DNP antibodies to kill cancer cells through immune effector functions in vitro and in vivo. The designed constructs represent an excellent example of using natural glycopolymers as a multivalent scaffold to translate the multivalency power into the improved tumor‐killing capability. Cover design by Dr. Jie Shi. More information can be found in the Full Paper by Jie Shi, Zhimeng Wu et al.
