The Front Cover is a representation of an axially‐chiral‐cannabinoid ( ax‐CBNs) , a new cannabinoid family that is conceptualized, synthesized, and evaluated in this issue of ChemMedChem . The authors have hypothesized that cannabinoids with restricted rotation and biased three‐dimensional conformations may be attractive new leads for drug discovery. The drawing shows the biaryls about the cannabinoid scaffold in an orthogonal alignment, and the pathway leads from phytocannabinoids to the newly developed ax‐CBNs . More information can be found in the Communication by Alexander J. Grenning.
