The Front Cover depicts two horses (taken by the lead author J.S.) that look like they are “joined at the hips.” Although they look “connected,” each horse here has its own unique capabilities and character. As the saying goes, “two heads are better than one.” Similarly, in this paper, our group created multifunctional hybrids of cyclodextrin and deferasirox, with each component contributing to improved therapy for lipid and metal dyshomeostasis management in Niemann Pick C disease.
