The Cover Feature shows the X‐ray structure of β‐secretase 1 bound to compound 2a (top). The structure was utilized to create an active model of 2a with β‐secretase 2, which led to the design and synthesis of highly potent and selective β‐secretase 2 inhibitor 2d (CPK green picture, bottom) with potential for a new treatment of type 2 diabetes. A commemorative statue of Purdue graduate, Neil Armstrong, the first human to step on the moon surface (footsteps, bottom right), looks onward at Purdue University. He is forever a symbol of the incredible human spirit that continues to strive for that next great achievement. Cover art created by Anando John Ghosh. More information can be found in the Full Paper by Arun K. Ghosh et al. on page 545 in Issue 5, 2019 (DOI: 10.1002/cmdc.201800725).
