The Cover Feature shows a novel sydnone‐based analog of the combretastatins which target and disrupt microtubules, affecting cellular morphology, even at submicromolar concentrations. These compounds offer a new platform for developing hydrophilic, configurationally stable analogs of combretastatins, and a new arsenal of weapons for the fight against cancer.
