The back cover picture shows the photoisomerization of the thermodynamically stable ( Z )‐semaxanib to ( E )‐semaxanib and evaluation of their hepatotoxicities. Semaxanib and 3‐substituted indolin‐2‐ones photoisomerize with different rate constants with no clear correlation with the substituents. The E / Z isomerism affects the toxicity of the compounds such that each isomer contributes differently to toxicity. More information can be found in the Full Paper by Christina L. L.
